Do You Use a Rebounder (Trampoline) at Home?

I have a lot of exciting things coming soon on the blog!

Many people ask us how our family stays healthy or in shape and we share with them how eating good, real food is essential. We eat organic food as much as possible and prepare most food from scratch.

Exercise and activity is also very important. When friends visit our home, they see our children's' trampoline and rebounder and ask us many questions. Rebounding, or jumping on a trampoline, is a great way to add activity to your day. It gets your blood moving, is generally low-impact, and can be a lot of fun!

Important: We're not medical professionals. It is essential that you consult with your healthcare provider prior to beginning any exercise routine as doing so in certain circumstances can make things worse.

In the picture above, you can see one of our favorite indoor trampolines that has been very durable and useful for our exercise needs over the years. This trampoline pictured without a cover and is the foldable version from Needak. You can see one here. This is another rebounder from the same company that is more inexpensive but is not foldable.

Do you or your children use a trampoline in your daily routine?
